VILLAINS IN FICTION
A: Aro (Twilight Saga) - A member of the ruling coven of vampires with the power to know every thought you’ve ever had with a single touch. He is consumed with power and collecting powerfully gifted vampires to help him maintain his status, going as far as to kill his own sister to keep fellow Volturi member Marcus from leaving.
B: Bellatrix Lestrange (Harry Potter Series) - She’s a loyal follower of Voldemort and a member of the Death Eaters. She tortured Neville Longbottom’s parents with the cruciatus curse. After her escape from Azkaban Prison, she was responsible for the deaths of Order of the Phoenix members Sirius Black, Nymphadora Tonks, as well as Dobby the house elf.
Bishop (Morganville Vampires Series) - He comes to destroy and take over Morganville. He forces Claire to work for him and he imprisons Shane.
Biera (Wicked Lovely) - Keenan’s mother, a vicious woman. She hopes to watch Keenan lose his power so that winter will rule and spread to all the months of the year.
C: Mrs. Coulter (The Golden Compass) - Is as the main antagonist an influential woman who takes an interest in Lyra (and later admits that she is her mother).
D: Darroc aka The Lord Master (Fever Series) - Bringing the unseelie fae into our world.
E: The Edison Group (Darkest Powers Series) - They experiment on the kids and their powers.
F: Fellowship of the Sun (Sookie Stackhouse) - A church who are against vampires.
G: Greybeck, Renfrir (Harry Potter Series) - A werewolf that enjoys infecting people with lycanthopy, especially children.
H: Hobgoblin (Spider-Man) – One of the many “Goblin” enemies that Peter/Spider-Man had. His abilities were identical like the Green Goblin’s and he appeared in both the comic and animated series.
I: Iracebeth (Alice in Wonderland) - aka The Red Queen.
Iofur Raknison (The Golden Compass) - Polar bear. He kills his father and he’s filled with greed.
J: The Joker (Batman) – One of the Dark Knight’s most evil opponents. He went so far as to killing the second Robin and paralyzing Batgirl.
Jenner (Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of Nimh) – The rat.
K: Klaus (The Vampire Diaries) - He needs Elena as a human sacrifice to break the curse that prevents vampires from walking in the sunlight.
L: Lucius Malfoy (Harry Potter series) - Is a pure-blood wizard. As a Death Eater he is loyal to Lord Voldemort.
M: Malluce (Fever Series) - Thinks he’s a vampire...tries to kill Mac.
Maryann Forrester (True Blood) - Is a maenad who wants to sacrifice a supernatural being, Sam Merlotte, to summon her god.
N: Neferet (House of Night Series) - Neferet is vain and drunk on her own power but she is extremely manipulative and she fools many.
O: The Omega (Black Dagger Brotherhood) - He wants to destroy all vampires, to bring about their extinction.
P: President Snow (The Hunger Games) - Tries to control Katniss by threatening her family.
Q: The Queen (Snow White and the Seven Dwarves) – An evil Queen thirsty for power. Once she found out that Snow White lived she searched for her and gave her a poisoned apple.
R: Roman (The Immortals Series) – Once he finds out that Drina is dead he moves to Laguna in order to plot revenge against Damen and Ever.
S: Strigoi, (The Vampire Academy Series) - Undead vampires.
Silver Bloods (Blue Bloods Series) - Silver Bloods follow Lucifer and they are a serious threat to Blue Bloods.
Sauron (Lord of the Rings) - Dark Lord and titular Lord of the Rings. He was a fallen Maia who helped the Elves forge the Rings of Power long ago.
T: Tomas Tod (The series of Vladimir Tod) - Vlad’s father. Tomas pretends to be dead only to come back and try to use his son’s powers.
U: Umbridge, Dolores (Harry Potter Series) - She is cruel and enjoys it. She is very ambitious and consumed with power. She has an intense hatred for half-breeds, such as werewolves and merpeople; and also has an intense dislike for children.
V: Lord Voldemort (Harry Potter series) – His love for power and fear of death lead him into killing many wizards, muggles and making Harry’s life a living hell.
Victoria (Twilight Saga) - She was James’ mate and when he is killed she vows to kill Bella to make Edward suffer for killing her mate. She creates an army of newborn vampires to help carry out her plans.
Valentine Morgenstern (The Mortal Instruments) - A powerful and evil Shadowhunter who wants to steal the Mortal Instruments.
Victor (Underworld) - Destroyed countless lives, subjected the lycans to slavery and lied to Selene her whole life.
W: The Wolf (Little Red Riding Hood) - He’s the big bad wolf, enough said.
X: X.A.N.A. (Code Lyoko) - Evil computer program that is trying to find its way into the real world.
Y: Yahiko (Naruto) - Even thought he didn’t last long, he was the founder of the Akatsuki, who later on made Naruto’s and other characters lives hell.
Z: General Zod (Superman) - A dangerous enemy of Superman.
